Donations prohibited

Some items are not accepted for donation on the site.
As a member, you must ensure that the item you wish to donate is permitted on the site.
We encourage you to consult the list of prohibited donations:

EATING :

The following are refused in the category of food donations:

• Opened products;

 Alcoholic beverages;

 Products packaged without an expiration date (DLC) indicated;

• Products whose use-by date has passed;

• Products with damaged or punctured packaging: bulging can, abnormal color, package no longer vacuum-sealed, etc

• Products whose appearance does not allow for publication on the site.

ANIMALS :

Giving away live animals is not permitted.
Also prohibited are:

• Animal traps;

 Animal parts of protected species (ivory, bones of ivory-producing animals, mammoth tusks, tortoise shells, furs of animals of protected or domestic species);

WEAPONS AND AMMUNITION:

Donations of firearms, handguns, air guns, explosives, knives, ammunition, etc., are prohibited

DISCOUNT COUPONS:

Discount coupons are considered marketing bait and are therefore not permitted on the site.
This includes:

• trade discounts for all types of purchases;

 partial discounts on exit tickets (child's ticket offered if paying adult);

 Commercial stickers: stickers offered by large stores allowing a discount on the purchase of a product.

COSMETICS:

Some cosmetics are opened for hygiene reasons, such as lipsticks, toothpastes, etc.

COPYRIGHT:

Copies of physical or digital books are prohibited.
Copies of video games, films and music are prohibited.

MILITARY EQUIPMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICE UNIFORMS:

All clothing, badges, vehicles, documents enabling the usurpation of symbols reserved for public authority.

DRUGS :

Medicines and pharmaceutical products dispensed with or without a prescription are prohibited.

ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN RECALLED:

Items withdrawn from the market at the initiative of the manufacturer or a public body.

ITEMS RESERVED FOR ADULTS:

Sexual and erotic objects reserved for adults and intended for people over 18 years of age (magazines, books, X DVDs, clothing, sex toys, erotic accessories, games and other adult objects).

DANGEROUS, PROHIBITED OR REGULATED PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS:

A number of products and materials are considered dangerous, or even prohibited, by public health and safety authorities.
The sale of these products and materials is subject to strict regulations.
Examples include radioactive materials, asbestos, and improperly packaged products.

SERVICES:

Offers of services are not considered a donation of an item and are therefore not permitted on the site.

TOBACCO AND ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES:

Products related to tobacco, electronic cigarettes and their accessories are prohibited on the site.

VEHICLES WITHOUT REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS:

Vehicles without a registration document or not registered in the donor's name are prohibited on the site. Without this document, the previous owner faces risks, and the transfer certificate cannot be properly completed. This
applies to all vehicles: cars, caravans, trailers, motorcycles, etc.
