Donor Charter

When you post an ad to give away an item or food donation, you agree to comply with the donor charter and accept the conditions below.

Donation announcements

You agree to:

• publish only authorized donation announcements on the site that comply with the regulations on prohibited donations;

• Publish content that does not violate the site rules. This content may be removed at the sole discretion of the moderator;

 offer donations that have been legally acquired and of which you are the full owner;

• Indicate the condition of the donation without concealing any defects or alterations

• publish photos of your own donations so as not to mislead the recipient;

• do not place advertisements to lure in buyers and try to sell them something else;

 make an effort to write the advertisements (avoid “text” type language, check the spelling,…).

Contact with the tenant

You agree to:

• show courtesy and respect towards the tenant;

 only give one appointment for the same donation (ex: do not have 10 people travel for the same donation);

 avoid any behavior likely to offend other members;

• notify in case of cancellation or delay to the appointment;

• keep to the appointments;

• notify users when the donation is finished;

• indicate the recipient of the donation;

• Report to moderation any behavior that goes against the site's rules.

Contact with moderation

You agree to:

• Read and respect the advice and suggestions of the moderators;

• respect the moderator's decision;

• Contact the administration (email link) in case of disagreement with a moderator.

Be vigilant

Be careful that the donations you give are not subject to a recall.

Tenant's Charter

When you request a donation of an item or a food donation, you agree to comply with the recipient's charter and accept the conditions below.

Donation announcements

You agree to:

• Read the advertisements in their entirety to become aware of all the information;

• only solicit donations that interest you;

• Be sure that you will be able to go and collect the donation.

Contact with the donor

You agree to:

• Show courtesy and respect towards the donor (hello, thank you, etc.);

• Do not lie on your user profile and do not try to elicit pity from the donor;

• Avoid any behavior that could offend other members

• notify us well in advance in case of cancellation or delay to the appointment;

• keep to the appointments;

• notify the donor in case of withdrawal from a donation;

• Respect the donor's choice, as they are free to donate to whomever they wish. Being the first to respond to an advertisement does not mean that the donation is guaranteed;

• do not resell the goods that have been given to you;

• report donors who do not respect the site rules.
